Garlic seed now availible, get it while its hot!
Submitted by Andrew Still on Thu, 09/15/2011 - 09:07We have two varieties of softneck garlic for planting this year. Both Silver Rose and Nootka Rose are good for braiding and storage and resist the rust fungus fairly well. If you have a need for more than a few pounds please email us for a quote at adaptiveseeds@gmail.com.
Silver Rose Garlic - A uniform, productive silverskin garlic. Great for braiding and long storing. Widely adapted.
Nootka Rose Garlic - A beautiful silver skin garlic that can get big and has a strong flavor. Originally from Waldron Island, WA.
Garlic may be planted in winter or early spring in many areas. Orders for garlic will be shipped as they are received.
Currently transitional organic, not yet certified. Our crops will be Certified Organic in fall of 2012.
