Bush Snap Bean, Saxa

New for 2012  60 days. Early maturing, strong bushes yield heavy with 4-5" green beans. A popular old variety in Germany and the Netherlands. Very tolerant of poor weather and growing conditions. Excellent rich flavor. Best picked when pods are young. We obtained this variety from the biodynamic seed company Bingenhiemer Saatgut when visiting Germany in 2007.
