Eggplant, Little Fingers

60-70 days. These narrow and long Asian type eggplants have a shiny dark-purple color. Can be used when as small as a finger or when 6" or more. Very tender and moist with a great mild flavor. Usually fairly small in size, they can get quite large when given ample water and fertility. Pick before fruits lose their glossy shine for best quality. Very early to mature, easy to grow and save seed from. We highly recommend this variety for gardeners and commercial growers. Excellent used in stir fry, tempura, roasted and pickled.
