Parsnip, Halblange Wiesse SE

Good half-long variety with bright white skin and strong tops for easier digging. This traditional European variety has been reselected heavily for quality and performance by people who have consistently been up to the task of excellent selection work.  Selected by the German biodynamic seed company, Bingenheimer Saatgut.
