Super early, tall napa cabbage heads are very juicy and perfect for kimchi and stir fry. 2-5 lb heads are best covered with row cover to prevent all the other animals in the world from eating them. As Sarah likes to say, “Everybody likes to eat napa cabbage, especially the bugs.” Best sown in early spring or late summer. 65% of our late September plant-out headed up in January.
