70-80 days. Det. Medium-sized plants. Smooth, thick- walled 3 oz red globes that are crack and disease resistant (VW, FW). Jointless for mechanical harvest. Paste type, holds well on and off the plant and travels well. Quickly makes a thick sauce and paste; one of our favorite processing tomatoes. Was a popular commercial processing variety in the 80s before hybrids became predominant.
