Tomato, Ararat Flame

60 days. Indet. bush. Ararat Geflammte in German. Very attractive. Heavy cropper of flattened, medium-sized, deep red fruit all through the season. Great rich tomato flavor. One of our favorites. Our research traces this variety to Debrecen, Hungary, and possibly from Armenia near Mount Ararat before that. Originally sourced from Gerhard Bohl, who says that "it grows at the foot of the mountain." Looks a little similar to "marmande" but with less ribbing.
