Hot Pepper, Ho Chi Minh
Capsicum annuum. Extremely productive, beautiful yellow hot pepper. One half inch across at the top, tapering to a point, about 3” long. Common in Southeast Asian cooking, sliced fresh into soups & curries, & also used as a condiment. Dries into a copper-bronze color. Great for ristras. Did we mention this pepper is productive? Originating in Vietnam, thanks to Fedco in Maine for making this one accessible.
