Hot Pepper, Ho chi Minh
Extremely productive, beautiful, yellow hot pepper. One half inch across at the top, tapering to a point, about 3” long. Common in Southeast Asian cooking, sliced fresh into soups and curries, and also used as a condiment. Dries into a copper-bronze color. Great for ristras. Did we mention this pepper is productive? Originating in Vietnam, thanks to Fedco in Maine for making this one accessible. Very well adapted to our Western Oregon climate, outdoors and in a greenhouse.
Packet ≈ 30 seeds. $3.50
