Solanum lycopersicum. Yellow Paste. 70 days. Indet.
High yielding, thick-walled, yellow paste type with 2-4 oz fruit that is also good eaten fresh. Similar to de Berao types. Seems to be fairly disease resistant and does not suffer from blossom end rot. Holds quality exceptionally late into the season and is perfect for making yellow tomato soup. One of many varieties given to The Seed Ambassadors Project in 2007 by Gerhard Bohl, a seed collector in Germany.

Sow indoors in flats with good potting soil as early as February, but no later than April. Keep warm and well-watered. Up pot seedlings into 4” pots once they have two true leaves. Transplant into the garden once danger of frost has passed.
Seed Saving
Collect seeds from ripe fruit by squeezing into a jar and add 25% more water. Wait a few days for mold to form. When seeds sink and gel-sac is gone, stir, add water, then decant and rinse to clean. Dry thoroughly. Tomatoes are mostly self-pollinating; isolation is not usually needed for seeds to be true to type.

Where did you grow this variety? Washington
I grew around 12 varieties of tomatoes last year and this plant was the fastest growing of all. Plant reached about 8 ft. In my greenhouse. Good yields through the season and really tasty eating fresh and I dehydrated a bunch and they have a sweet tropical flavor.
