Seed Packet Donation Request
Each year Adaptive Seeds supports many local and national organizations through our Seed Packet Donation Program. Our Seed Packet Donation Program focuses on boots-on-the-ground groups working to create spaces within their communities to support increased food security, seed saving and distribution, and farming and nutrition education- just to name a few!
We work with farm and food non-profit organizations, as well as seed libraries, school and community gardens, seed swap organizations, neighborhood food banks and so many more! We do not require nonprofit status, if you’re doing good work in your community and need seeds, we want to help!
In general, we do not donate to give-aways, raffles, private groups, or individuals seeking seed for themselves. If you are an individual seeking seed for personal use, we recommend heading to your nearest seed library (often these are housed within your local library!)
To be considered for a seed donation, please fill out this form and include as much info as you can.
We start accept donation requests in the Fall, but approved donation recipients should expect their seed donations to ship beginning in late January.
Please note that, as a small business, we are not able to meet every donation request we receive, but we do our very best to get as many seeds into the hands of as many folks as we possibly can!
Seed Donations are limited to US delivery addresses only- thanks for your understanding.
Please only submit one request per group or organization.
*Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to every request, nor are we able to check the status of your requests.
