Romanian Red Seed Garlic (Organic)
Hardneck Porcelain type
Romanian Red is a classic porcelain type garlic, similar to Music, with white outer wrappers and deep pink clove wrappers. Bulbs produce four to six large, easy-peel cloves that have a delightfully hot, long-lasting flavor. This variety is known for its high allicin content and is highly regarded for medicinal use. Vigorous and disease-tolerant plants can withstand very cold winters. It keeps well for a hardneck, but not as long as softneck silverskin types.
