An easy choice for those who want to plant a bunch of garlic and shallots and can’t decide which varieties to grow. The Bountiful Bundle of Garlic and Shallots features 1/2 lb quantities of each year’s most bountiful garlic and shallot varieties. For 2025, this collection includes Hadrut and Music (both hardneck porcelain type), Persephone White (softneck silverskin type), Polish White (softneck artichoke type), and Shvelisi (hardneck purple stripe type), as well as Long Bow Red Shallots. A good way to get to know many different varieties and flavor profiles in one growing season – at a bit of a discount, too!

Also available as a 6 lb option, with 1 lb quantities of each variety listed.

Each variety in the bundle is bagged separately for ease of planting. 1/2 lb individual bags include 2-5 bulbs each. Minimum bulb size in the bundle is 1.75″ diameter.
